Reflection of John 17 (The prayer of Jesus)

Jesus prayed to the Holy Father to make them safe and continue to glorify Jesus. As Jesus explained, Jesus glorified the Holy Father and fulfilled his Holy Will. The people accepted Jesus and followed Him. But Jesus will soon fulfill the Holy Will by dying for the world's salvation. When Jesus returns from the dead, he will join the Holy Father in Heaven. That is why Jesus is praying that these people who believed and followed Him be safe and away from the devil and temptations; that they may continue to believe in Him for He is the Word, and His Word is the Truth.

Jesus prays for other people who will believe through their words. That these faithful people may see God's glory even if they don't know Him. But only through Jesus, they will continue to believe the Holy Father and feel that the love with which the Holy Father loved Jesus may be in them and Jesus in them.
How I can relate the chapter with my everyday life?

After reading John 17, I realized that we should always think of others and not just ourselves. I realized that I should believe in Jesus' words and love God as they love us.  I appreciate how Jesus sacrificed for us. We should be more Jesus-like and do more good things for others just as Jesus always thought of us.  Jesus wanted us to believe in His words because it was the Father's words.  He did as the Father told Him to do because He loved us as was the Father.

Why should you share my blog?

I'd like to share my blog to everyone, not just with your family, but also with your friends. In my blog, you should see the answers what and why is Jesus praying for us.
I would like everyone to know that Jesus prays for us so we can believe and love Him more. Jesus tells God that we may continue to believe in Him and let us be safe.
The Chapter (John 17) portrays that Jesus is a merciful person and that He loves us very much.
